About the Job Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. is a leading metal stamping manufacturer seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely shipment of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, organized, and committed to accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy Label and stage outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks as needed Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation Inspect outgoing materials for quality and correctness Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Skills & Experience Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required (up to company safety limits) Basic computer or data entry skills Ability to read and follow work orders and shipping documents Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Traits Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Team-oriented with a positive attitude Organized and detail-focused Able to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and safety-conscious Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Health, dental, and vision Paid holidays Paid sick leave Paid time off (PTO) Annual performance-based bonus (based on company performance) Opportunities for advancement and growth PTO & Paid Time Off Structure 11 paid holidays annually 7 paid sick days annually PTO increases with tenure: 1 week after 6 months of employment and 1 week after 1 year Location Requirement In-person role in Hauppauge, NY 11706 Must be able to commute reliably or relocate prior to start date Why This Job This is a stable, long-term opportunity in a growing manufacturing company.
