Workflow Planning:

Assigning daily tasks to the team to ensure shipping deadlines are met.

Training:

Onboarding new hires on safety protocols, equipment, and software.

Performance Tracking:

Monitoring KPIs such as "units picked per hour" or "order accuracy rates."

Safety Compliance:

Enforcing safety regulations and conducting accident investigations if necessary.

salary:

$17 - $17.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Picking & Packing:

Housekeeping:

Maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace (sweeping, removing shrink wrap, and breaking down boxes).

Inventory Support:

Assisting with cycle counts and ensuring items are stored in their correct locations.
