Position Summary The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing finished products for shipments loading and unloading deliveries safely and accurately. This role verifies orders, stages shipments, packages and labels products as needed, and coordinates with Production and Shipping/Receiving to support on-time delivery and high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Verify completed orders against pick lists, packing lists, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy prior to shipment.
• Package, wrap, band, and protect products for shipment in accordance with internal standards to prevent damage in transit.
• Label cartons and pallets accurately and apply required shipment markings as instructed.
• Stage and organize outbound shipments by route, carrier, or pickup schedule; maintain a clean, safe shipping area.
• Load trucks and trailers safely and efficiently, ensuring product is secured and loaded in the correct sequence when required.
• Assist with preparing bills of lading and other shipping paperwork as assigned; maintain basic shipment records.
• Inspect products and packaging for visible damage prior to loading; report issues and coordinate corrective action as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment as assigned (e.g., pallet jack, carts; forklift if trained/authorized) while following safety procedures.
• Communicate with Production, Packing, and Shipping/Receiving teams to prioritize shipments and meet daily deadlines.
• Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including organizing materials, maintaining supplies, and assisting with inventory movement.
• Additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications for Considerations
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify orders and shipping documentation accurately.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow loading and securing procedures. Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., 200lbs. with team lifts as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely use required tools and equipment and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. You Will Excite Us If

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
