We are a fast-growing, women-owned, direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand committed to quality craftsmanship, transparency, and exceptional customer experience. Our pieces are made-to-order and handled with the highest care from bench to customer. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Associate to join our growing team. This role is critical to maintaining our high operational standards and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience for our customers. You will oversee shipping fulfillment, manage exchanges and returns, coordinate resizing processes, and ensure accurate inventory handling. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Fulfillment Process and fulfill daily domestic and international orders Prepare and package fine jewelry securely and professionally Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) Monitor tracking and proactively resolve shipping issues Maintain shipping logs and documentation Exchanges & Returns Process returns in accordance with company policies Inspect returned items for quality control Coordinate ring resizing and repair requests Communicate with customer service regarding exchange timelines Track all exchanges and ensure accurate system updates Operations Support Maintain inventory accuracy Assist with product labeling and SKU management Document workflow improvements Support seasonal sales and promotional periods Qualifications 1-3 years experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or retail operations Experience handling high-value or luxury goods preferred Extremely detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in Shopify and shipping software preferred Strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Preferred Traits Experience in jewelry or luxury retail Understanding of resizing and fine jewelry handling Process-driven mindset Strong sense of responsibility and discretion Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding brand Employee jewelry discounts Positive, collaborative team environment
