Job Title:

E-Commerce Packaging & Operations Associate Full-Time | Flexible Hours | 9:00-5:30 (6-8 hrs/day) We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and motivated person to join our e-commerce operations team. This role is perfect for someone who works quickly, stays organized, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You'll be a key part of our daily workflow — accuracy and consistency matter. Responsibilities Operate bagging machine to package items efficiently Label, tag, and prep products with high accuracy Count, sort, and organize inventory Maintain a clean, organized work area Prepare items for shipment (boxing, taping, staging) Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Help improve workflow and keep operations running smoothly Support general warehouse and e-commerce tasks as needed What We're Looking For Fast learner with strong attention to detail Reliable, on time, and able to follow instructions Able to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Someone who wants to be an asset — not just do the bare minimum Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Can tape boxes, count items accurately, and stay organized Why This Job Matters This position is essential to our daily operations.
