Receiving Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring that all products are accurately received, inspected, and stored efficiently. Your energetic approach will help streamline our warehouse distribution processes, support order fulfillment, and maintain optimal stock levels. Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify accuracy and completeness Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and document findings thoroughly Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure proper placement for easy retrieval in a busy warehouse setting Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment to meet delivery deadlines Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory movements and update records accurately Support shipping & receiving operations by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely processing of shipments Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution and order fulfillment processes Valid forklift certification and experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks safely Proficiency in using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and AS400 software for inventory control Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stock transactions Experience with picking & packing orders in an e-commerce environment is highly desirable Ability to load & unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Receiving Associate if you're passionate about logistics, thrive on teamwork, and want to play a vital role in delivering exceptional service through efficient warehouse operations.
