Shipper/ Receiver

Echo HR Services is hiring Shippers/Receivers for a warehouse in Shirley New York! As a Shipper/Receiver at Regent Tek Industries, you will support daily warehouse and shipping operations by receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring accurate documentation. This position is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices. Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment. Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments. Inspect shipments for damages or shortages and report discrepancies. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Attend work regularly and report on scheduled shifts on time. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs such as production line assembly or warehousing.

What You Bring:

Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn and be trained. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable and punctual work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. 2 years Forklift experience is required.
