Job Description

Job Summary Divine Brothers is seeking a responsible candidate to coordinate and execute all shipping and receiving functions to ensure accurate, timely and efficient movement of materials. This role supports operational goals by maintaining inventory accuracy, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Job Functions Displays appropriate interpersonal skills at all times. Liaison between sales and manufacturing on a daily basis. Must be computer literate. Utilize MS Office Suite, Syspro, and Fed-Ex & UPS systems. Position requires a self motivated individual with previous experience. Cycle counts on Felt bobs & Non
  • woven hand pads, shipping supplies and communicates this with Purchasing and the Plant Manager. Ensure product ships per customer instructions. Ensure to ship all products on or before ship date, unless otherwise noted on order. Email trucking companies for freight quotes. Creates Bill of Ladens and schedules freight and LTL pickups. Receiving
  • Ensures that all items are compared to packing slips. Any discrepancies shall be noted and the Plant Manager is notified. Packing slips shall be dated & signed then submitted to Production Control. Returned Goods (RMA or RGA)
  • any and all products returned are to be counted and inspected for damage from shipping.
A copy of the RGA/RMA with quantity received, receiver's initials and date is to be provided to the Plant Manager for inspection, disposition and corrective action. Operate tow motor when required. In-House training is provided Additional related tasks and duties may be assigned on a daily or as-needed basis, in accordance with operational requirements and organizational needs. Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have ability to communicate (read, write, speak) in English Required to have 2+ years of shipping experience. Must meet physical requirements of lifting 50 lbs. without restriction and ability to team assist lift/pull/push up to 100lbs.
