You'll play a supportive role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Some of what you'll do: Be a Moose Knuckles brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the retail experience including but not limited to greeting and engaging with guests. Receive, process, ticket, and organize freight in the stockroom. You will also replenish, organize and recover merchandise on the sales floor and perform other tasks as directed. Be an integral part in achieving the store's goals. Assist the store leadership team with operational tasks such as inventory receiving, maintaining store standards and cleanliness, and visual merchandising. Support the management team in projects and initiatives as needed. Work collaboratively with all team members and cultivate a positive store team culture. Strive to improve the retail experience and make suggestions to the management team. Some of what you'll need: Minimum 6 months receiving experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in a fast-paced retail store environment Must be flexible with working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to carry boxes 25-30lbs for stock transfers. Can bend, reach, lift and move stock and products.
