We're seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team, processing high-value biological specimens in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

Position Summary:

Temporary (6 weeks, with potential for extension/permanent hire)

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 10:00 AM
• 7:00

PM Pay:

$19/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Process, pack, and ship orders daily—including materials requiring dry ice handling Receive and check in incoming shipments (donor and lab supplies) Complete FedEx/UPS paperwork and manage daily shipments using a computer Make occasional deliveries (valid driver's license required) Inspect all outgoing labels/documentation for accuracy Maintain correct temperature of shipments during packing Organize shipping/receiving and storage areas Maintain stocks of boxes and supplies Stock laboratory as needed

What We're Looking For:
