ECommerce Operations Associate

Job Summary The E-Commerce Operations Associate is responsible for supporting daily e-commerce operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, vendor compliance, and a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments and external retail partners to support order processing, inventory management, communication, and issue resolution across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support daily e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfillment coordination, and customer support activities. Collaborate with Import, Demand Planning, Accounting, Distribution, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure vendor compliance requirements are met. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time in accordance with retailer requirements and routing guides. Monitor and audit orders through SL9, CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, and customer portals. Maintain communication with distribution centers to support timely and accurate order fulfillment. Identify and resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, transmission errors, and inventory feed concerns Qualifications MUST have prior experience working with order processing systems and retailer portals Previous experience in E-Commerce operations, order management, customer service in manufacturing/distribution environments required For shift availability or further information regarding this position please contact PLI Staffing 216-440-6171.
