Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated first shift receiving associate. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized receiving associate to join our warehouse/logistics team. We are seeking someone dependable who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask and work independently. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating incoming deliveries, verifying inventory, maintaining consistent and clear communication, and ensuring product is received with accuracy and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receive and verify incoming product deliveries using RF scanning systems, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality Accurately count, label, and scan product into inventory, ensuring all items are scanned away by end of shift Utilize WMS to manage accurate receiving/ shipping, warehouse transfers, inventory adjustments, and track load arrivals Review and process receiving documentation including bills of lading (BOLs) and purchase orders (POs) Communicate effectively with team and various departments Safely unload and reload trucks using pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts while adhering to operational procedures Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, contributing to end-of-day responsibilities and overall efficiency Support operational excellence by following company policies, food safety and workplace safety standards, while remaining adaptable and solution-focused
