Responsibilities:
Schedule incoming truck deliveries. Accurately receive all deliveries against the packing slips. Accurately enter all receiving information into the current operating system. Unload, skid, wrap and tag all received items, and place them into appropriate staging areas Maintain receiving tags in filing system for accurate pulling Enter all information into inventory management system Assist with recycling process as needed Pull and stage all deliveries by end of shift Sweep warehouse as needed throughout the day and prior to the end of shift Operate a forklift and furniture picker Be accountable for building security, equipment and safety procedures
Skills/Qualifications:
General office furniture knowledge and forklift experience preferred Ability to be trained and certified on forklift and furniture picker Valid Driver's License required Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems Must be able to bend, squat, lift up to 100lbs and sit for moderate periods of time Must be able to walk 50% of the time throughout the facility Must be willing to submit to a background check including BMV records and drug testing Successful candidates have strong customer service skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Who we are: At Continental Office, A Creative Office Resources Company, we're experts in creating spaces that inspire the passionate leaders, analytical problem-solvers, and creative go-getters who inhabit them.
