Job Description

Warehouse -
Shipping & Receiving ClerkEducation and Experience Required:
Minimum of High School Diploma or
GED 2- 3
years experience working in shipping / receiving warehouse environmentWhat you will be doing:

Ship all regulated and non-regulated (GLP/cGMP) materials ensuring compliance with all federal and international regulations Assist with the proper receipt of all inbound materials (shipments and mail)Receive and unload freight from delivery vehicles Maintain reports tracking incoming and outgoing shipments Re order gas cylinders, paper supplies, copier supplies and coffee supplies for all buildingsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentMaintain Hazardous Shipping CertificationAdditional duties as necessary and as assignedAt times provide guidance and oversee activities of team members
Skills Needed:
Basic Microsoft knowledgeTechnical knowledge of federal regulations regarding the shipment of hazardous materialsKnowledge of corporate SOP relating to the proper receipt and distribution of regulated inbound shipmentsAbility to maintain a professional attitude and presentationAbility to work independently as well as with a teamAbility to lift up to 50 pounds
