Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Specialist dedicated to supporting our Pokémon card streaming room! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to ensure our collection and merchandise are handled efficiently and accurately. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us deliver an exceptional experience for our community of passionate collectors and viewers. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment focused on the exciting world of Pokémon cards. Duties Prepare and package Pokémon cards and related merchandise with precision, ensuring items are protected during transit Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Manage shipping labels, documentation, and tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and organize orders accurately through order picking and order fulfillment processes Maintain stock levels through stocking activities and coordinate with warehouse management systems for inventory updates Ensure timely shipment dispatches by coordinating with carriers and scheduling pickups Conduct regular inventory counts using RF scanners and reconcile discrepancies using basic math skills Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or distribution environments Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, and stock management Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Prior experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus Basic physical stamina to load/unload shipments and perform stocking activities throughout the shift Join us in creating an engaging environment where Pokémon enthusiasts thrive!
