Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and interpret picking orders for unprinted paper samples, unprinted paper dummy mockups, printed samples and promotional item requests. 2. Pick and pack orders from inventory of unprinted paper samples, unprinted paper dummy mockups, printed paper samples and promotional items. 3. Adhere to client packaging requirements. 4. Cut parent sheet paper for restocking of cut sheet unprinted paper sample inventory. 5. Cut parent sheet paper for use in assembly of unprinted dummy samples. 6. Assemble unprinted dummy samples in accordance with specifications from pick pack order. 7. Load and unload trucks 8. Organize stock within racking system. 9. Prepare receiving documents and forward to Customer Service. 10. Prepare skids and cartons for shipment including taping, labeling and shipping documentation. 11. Determine appropriate carrier for shipment and make arrangement for pickup. 12. Enter appropriate information into FedEx and UPS shipping systems. 13. Communicate with transportation companies. 14. Follow all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) pertaining to area of responsibility. 15. All other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. 16. Duties performed in this job may require the handling of Protected Health Information or other confidential material. Therefore, the employee is required to follow all policies and procedures outlined in the company's HIPAA related documentation and are subject to the defined sanctions in the event that they should inappropriately use or disclose confidential material. 17. Follow all mandated safety protocols and dress codes. Think Patented is committed to the safety of its employees and requires strict adherence to all safety procedures, including but not limited to machine specific procedures, personal protective equipment, dress code, restricted areas, lock out / tag out procedures, walking and working surface standards, and fall protection systems.

Position Requirements :

1. High School diploma or equivalent/Associate Degree preferred 2. Minimum of 3 years in warehousing/shipping/receiving, preferably including use of computerized shipping/receiving systems. 3. Must have ability to use SAE ruler. 4. Experience in use of paper cutter 5. Experience with FedEx and UPS manifest systems and bill of lading preparation 6. Ability to lift 55 lbs. 7. Certification as a forklift and order picker operator with current experience preferred 8. Excellent math aptitude and Computer literate
