This dual-focused role ensures the smooth, accurate, and timely movement of products and materials in and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a cooperative team player who is capable of working independently and can maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is a must. Forklift certification is often preferred or may be required within the first few weeks of employment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems (WMS). Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping and receiving duties.
• Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destine for sale to our customer base.
• Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier of choice based on price and delivery time.
• Responsible for making visual inspections of parts prior to packing and a total piece count. And again, visual inspection after items are packed with digital documentation of the shipment for our records.
• Prepare work orders to be sent out into manufacturing area with all necessary documentation.
• Receive completed work order from the shop and process as needed.
• Wage Range based on years of experience: $22.00 - $24.00.
