Job Description

Label Clerk•New Albany At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Label Clerk to work with a leading candle manufacturing company in New Albany. This position plays a vital role in ensuring production efficiency by managing label inventory and supporting the shop floor with accurate materials.
Shift:
1st shift Monday•Friday 6:30AM•2:30
PM Pay Rates:
16.50 USD hourly Essential requirements for
Label Clerk:
This role demands high inventory accuracy, especially with label issuance. Please detail your process for receiving, staging, and returning label components to prevent mix-ups. How do you prioritize and maintain accuracy when printing labels amidst simultaneous requests from multiple line leaders? The position requires standing and moving items up to 50 pounds. Are you comfortable with these physical demands? Please describe your experience with using precision counting scales. Role for
Label Clerk:
Manage label inventory, including receiving, stocking, and issuing components to correct work orders. Operate and troubleshoot label printers to ensure timely production support. Maintain accurate system records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity. Coordinate with line leaders to ensure the timely delivery and return of materials. Process returns and excess materials with proper documentation and system entries. Benefits for
