Job Description

Location:
Solon, OH Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m . We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for receiving materials, processing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Receive deliveries and enter transactions into the ERP system. Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping documentation. Package, label, and organize outgoing shipments. Process UPS and FedEx shipments. Assist with inventory accuracy and material movement. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and shipping equipment as needed. Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred. Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems. Basic computer and data entry skills. Experience using barcode scanners. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
