PreK Science Summer Clerk Pre K Summer Clerk Duties Purchased materials are ordered and shipped to the warehouse. Materials are unpacked and checked in against the order forms. Materials are then sorted, counted and repackaged into individualized bags/totes for each of our current year Pre-K teachers, approximately 45. The completed totes are labeled and then stored until they are ready to go out in late July. Inventory of Secondary supplies as time allows. Due by June 30th to Accounting. Assist w/ elementary and secondary science kit builds as needed. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds with the help of equipment.
APPLICANT MUST COMPLETE STATE REQUIRED OSBI BACKGROUND CHECK. APPLICANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
$58.25 FEE.
OSBI BACKGROUND RECEIPT MUST BE TURNED IN TO PERSONNEL OFFICE ON DAY OF PROCESSING
APPOINTMENT.
