Job Summary The Shipping Stocker is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse and shipping operations through the accurate stocking, organization, and management of finished goods inventory. This role ensures products are readily available to meet daily order fulfillment demands and maintains organized storage areas to promote workflow efficiency and inventory accuracy. Working closely with the distributor picking team, the Shipping Stocker helps prioritize current sales order needs by replenishing product, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely access to finished goods required for outbound shipments. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations, supporting on-time order fulfillment, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction through dependable inventory support. Key Responsibilities Ensures that products and supplies are put away correctly following the stocking guidelines. Determines correct placement of products and supplies. Responsible for ensuring the gravity flow racks are adequately filled and that Fill and Finish racks are emptied in a timely manner. Supports the distributor picking team by supplying large quantities of items needed to fulfill orders. Manages FIFO of inventory using Google Sheets and other methods. Collaborates with the Shipping Supervisor on priorities. Maintains good communication with all individuals in Shipping and Inventory Control. Conducts inventory counts. Trains other shipping employees as backup to stock finished goods. Identifies issues and collaborates with department leadership to find solutions. Ability to lift, carry and pull at a minimum of 10,000 lbs. of product each day.
Required Education and Experience Education :
High school diploma or GED.
Experience :
3 months' experience in inventory or a similar field. Required Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to completion Well organized, with the ability to set priorities and meet reasonable deadlines Must pay close attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate, fosters teamwork and collaboration Trustworthy, reliable, takes ownership, proactive in learning and delivering excellence Assist with efficient team operation and continuous process improvement, by participating actively in all team and departmental meetings as requested Ensures a safe work environment by following all safety rules, maintaining strong safety awareness, participating in required safety training and meetings Promotes a work environment that meets cGMP regulations by following all established procedures and completing all required training on cGMPs Basic math and computer skills are necessary Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience using ERP computer systems. Forklift or Crown lift Certificate preferred, but not required

Successful completion of a post-offer physical functional assessment is required as a condition of employment. Ability to lift 30 - 50 pounds regularly Ability to walk, bend, reach and stand for long periods Ability to lift, carry and pull at a minimum of 10,000 lbs. of product each day.
