Shipping Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on processing and shipping orders for heavy-duty truck parts using the ShipStation platform, integrated with our BigCommerce ecommerce store and BrightPearl order management system. The Shipping Clerk will pull pre-packaged parts from the shelf, print and attach shipping labels to pre-packaged parts kits, and move boxes to the outbound pickup location. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping and/or warehouse operations, a strong attention to detail, a high computer proficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive or heavy-duty truck parts is a plus. Duties Monitor new orders from our ecommerce store via BrightPearl, identify orders ready to ship, and use ShipStation to create and print accurate shipping labels. Pull pre-packaged parts kits from inventory shelves to complete orders. Attach shipping labels to pre-packaged parts kits. Move labeled boxes (up to 35 lbs) to the designated outbound location for daily carrier pickup. Arrange inbound shipments and schedule pickups from parts suppliers. Maintain a clean and organized shipping area to support efficient operations. Cross train to learn basic receiving and other warehouse tasks to provide backup support and ensure operational continuity during absences. Qualifications Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn software systems (e.g., BigCommerce, BrightPearl). Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 35 lbs. Team player with a reliable and proactive attitude.
