The Mission As a Shipping Associate II or III, you are the final checkpoint for quality. You'll work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure our high-tech equipment is packed securely, documented perfectly, and sent on its way efficiently.

Perform visual inspections to ensure every order is complete and flawless before it hits the truck. Master the

Use your expertise to pack goods in boxes and crates so they arrive at their destination exactly as they left—perfect.

Stay Sharp:

Record weights and dimensions with precision and manage inventory data like a pro.

Tech-Forward:

Use warehouse equipment (like pallet jacks) and even explore AI tools to make your daily tasks smoother and faster. Essential Functions Receives goods and matches to sales orders ensuring all orders ship complete Performs visual quality inspection Packs goods in boxes, cartons, and crates according to our packaging instructions making sure that it arrives at our customer's location without damage Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate. Records shipping information (products, weights, dims, etc.) on Packing List. Arranges for pickup. Routes shipping paperwork, including freight charges, to Accounting for billing. Maintains accurate inventory records and performs data entry Operates warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) to maneuver heavier inventory when appropriate or requested Assists Receiving in delivering packages to the correct location

AI Utilization:

Proactively identifies and responsibly uses applicable AI tools to improve the quality, speed, and output of daily tasks and projects. Are You the One? Qualifications:

Experience:

You have 2+ years in a warehouse or inventory role.

The Muscle:

You can lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.

The Mindset:

You have a "Safety First" attitude and follow OSHA standards strictly.
