The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth, efficient and compliant manufacturing operations in our custom printing shop. This position requires attention to detail and teamwork across different work areas to meet goals while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
  • Assist in setting up, loading and unloading production lines and equipment.
  • Closely monitor print jobs to ensure quality and consistency that meet client requirements
  • Unpack parts and prepare them for printing
  • Pack finished goods and prepare them for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
  • Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as properly using a shrink wrapper, pallet jack and other materials handling equipment
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and order picking processes
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other materials handling equipment
  • Familiarity with computers and working with Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in printing, picking, packing, and stocking activities
  • Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Understand job sheets and order instructions including logo details (placement, colors, sizing) and SKU quantities
Role Context:
This position bridges hands-on production work with the administrative, managerial team. It is ideal for someone who can execute daily operational tasks while also contributing to long-term manufacturing excellence.
