ResponsibilitiesReceive, open, and verify incoming shipments of trading cards and collectibles, ensuring all submissions are accurately accounted for against order documentation.
Handle and process assets with extreme care to prevent damage, following established handling and safety protocols.
Catalog and log incoming assets into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to travel to Trade Shows as needed and/or directed.
Label, sort, and organize submissions to support efficient workflow throughout the grading process.
Prepare items for grading by ensuring proper identification, tracking, and routing within the operation.
Package and ship completed orders securely, verifying contents and ensuring safe delivery to customers.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and order status throughout the lifecycle of each submission.
Support quality control efforts by identifying discrepancies, missing items, or labeling errors and escalating as needed.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support daily operations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets and turnaround time expectations.
Follow all company procedures related to security, confidentiality, and asset protection.
Additional duties as assigned.
Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in orders, labeling, and inventory.
Ability to handle delicate and high-value collectibles with care and consistency.
Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of inventory or tracking systems.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple submissions and workflows simultaneously.
Time management skills and ability to meet productivity and turnaround expectations.
Clear communication skills for coordinating with team members and escalating issues when needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with repetitive tasks.
Problem-solving skills to identify and address errors or inconsistencies in submissions.
Physical ability to perform routine operational tasks above.
Additional Skills/Experience RecommendedPrior Customer Service experience.
Familiarity with trading cards or the collectibles market.
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
Understanding of grading standards or card condition assessment.
Experience working with barcoding or tracking systems.
