Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. Your proactive approach and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients worldwide. Duties Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure timely fulfillment Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload shipments Manage inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 and MRP software for stock control and order processing Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely according to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations Maintain accurate records of stock movements, order picking, packing, and shipping activities for audit purposes Assist with stocking shelves, organizing warehouse distribution areas, and ensuring optimal storage practices Collaborate with shipping logistics teams to coordinate international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs requirements Qualifications Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, stocking, and order fulfillment processes Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and RF scanners for inventory tracking Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and trade compliance knowledge preferred Strong understanding of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and packaging standards for e-commerce shipments Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and team collaboration Join us as an Order Fulfillment Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse operations.
