Order Fulfillment Associate Job Description The Order Fulfillment Associate supports accurate and timely single-order processing and direct-to-customer shipments in a regulated warehouse and production environment. You will focus on picking, packing, kitting, and shipping domestic orders, including consumer diagnostic test kits, while maintaining precise documentation and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship single-item and small batch orders accurately and efficiently. Process direct-to-customer shipments, including kitted products and diagnostic test kits. Perform online inspections and verify order accuracy prior to shipment. Complete and maintain required shipping and inventory paperwork. Handle documentation such as packing slips and order confirmations in an organized and timely manner. Use SAP or a similar ERP system for order processing and inventory tracking. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal quality standards at all times. Prepare shipments for domestic distribution according to shipping guidelines and timelines. Assist with kitting and assembly of products and test kits for customer orders. Safely operate a pallet jack when needed to move materials and finished goods. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area. Follow structured processes and quality guidelines to support a time-sensitive, high-accuracy operation. Essential Skills Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or shipping/logistics preferred. Experience with documentation and clerical tasks related to shipping and inventory. Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management/ERP systems is a plus. Understanding of GMP or other regulated environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Ability to follow structured processes, work instructions, and quality guidelines consistently. Comfort working with inventory systems and order tracking tools. Ability to lift approximately 30-50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Basic knowledge of packaging, domestic shipping practices, and inventory control. Commitment to quality control and adherence to safety procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with consumer test kits or kitting operations is beneficial. Experience in GMP-compliant or highly regulated production environments is advantageous. Exposure to quality control processes within a warehouse or production setting. Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely. Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork, packing slips, and order confirmations. Work Environment This role is based in a warehouse and production environment with a strong focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work in a fast-paced setting that supports time-sensitive customer orders and controlled processes, particularly for diagnostic and consumer test kits. The position involves frequent standing and walking, regular lifting of boxes and materials up to approximately 30-50 lbs, and the use of basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. You will work closely with inventory systems and SAP or similar ERP tools to manage orders and stock, and you will operate in a clean, organized, and safety-conscious facility that emphasizes adherence to GMP and established procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00/hr.
