Bloomsburg, PA About the Role Do you have experience in shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations and take pride in accuracy and organization? Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Shipping & Inventory Control Associate to support finished goods inventory, ensure shipping accuracy, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits Weekly Pay Pay based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days About Us Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer specializing in custom air filters for eCommerce and direct fulfillment. We are focused on maintaining accurate inventory, efficient shipping, and a strong team-oriented environment. Position Overview In this role, you will: Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods Ensure all outgoing shipments are correct and on time Support shipping operations and inventory tracking This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
