Shipping & Receiving Specialist Location:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Overview:

Were hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support daily outbound shipments in a fast-paced industrial warehouse. This role combines hands-on forklift work with shipping coordination and order processing.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prepare outbound shipments (wire, cable, reels, pallets) Schedule pickups/deliveries with carriers (LTL, flatbed, truckload) Verify orders (part numbers, quantities, weights) before shipping Complete shipping paperwork (BOLs, packing slips, labels) Load/unload materials using forklift and warehouse equipment Pick, stage, and secure orders for shipment Maintain accurate records in inventory/ERP systems Inspect shipments for quality and damage Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

1+ year of shipping/warehouse experience Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Experience with LTL/common carrier shipping Ability to handle heavy materials Basic computer skills (ERP/shipping systems a plus) Strong attention to detail and organization

Additional:

Industrial materials experience (wire, metal, building products) preferred Must follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
