As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Your primary duties will include:

Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments of goods and materials. Accurately recording all received items, including quantities, condition, and any discrepancies. Organizing and distributing received materials to the appropriate departments or storage areas. Preparing outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and ensuring correct documentation. Maintaining a clean and organized shipping and receiving area. Performing regular inventory checks and reporting any shortages or overages. Utilizing computer software and systems for tracking shipments and inventory. Assisting in maintaining shipping and receiving records and documentation. Safely operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if applicable). Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe work environment.
