Job Description
Job Summary Highline Freight Carriers, Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining accurate shipping records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse or shipping experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Prepare outgoing orders for shipment Label, scan, and organize packages and freight Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams Operate basic warehouse equipment and scanners Monitor shipment schedules and delivery documentation Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
