Job Description

Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Shipping Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Bensalem, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse and shipping professional who takes ownership of daily outbound shipping activity, supports inventory accuracy, and helps keep warehouse operations moving efficiently. The Senior Shipping Clerk will play a key role in coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, verifying order accuracy, and communicating with warehouse teams, drivers, and internal departments. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, organization, and follow-through are valued.   • Process outbound shipments accurately and on schedule while maintaining shipping quality standards.
  • Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and related documentation.
  • Verify orders, quantities, product condition, and shipment details before release.
  • Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy research or resolution.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service, and internal departments to coordinate workflow.
  • Assist with daily priorities, department coordination, safety practices, and operational efficiency. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year.
