Job Description

SHERIDAN HANOVER, PA SHIPPING - BACK ISSUE CLERK
Job Summary:
Generate back issue orders from receipt through shipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive orders by e-mail, written and verbal correspondence Generate mail labels and inventory reports Maintain inventory labels and back issues inventory files Update back issue inventories and generate customer reports Expedite orders received from Account Management Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPE's, Ergonomics, etc. Performs job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees. Assist with housekeeping in Warehouse area Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Attention to detail Knowledge in MS Word and Excel Knowledge of USPS regulations Understanding of the Monarch system Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines Strong organizational skills
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Previous Shipping experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to stand in place for long periods of time. CJK Group is an Equal Opportunity employer.
