Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving & Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring incoming materials are received accurately, inventory records are maintained, and customer orders are prepared efficiently for distribution. Roles & Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and completeness. Verify received materials against packing slips and shipping documentation. Document and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Process returned shipments and verify returned materials. Maintain receiving records and supporting documentation. Assist with organizing and staging materials for fulfillment activities. Support the Fulfillment team with matching collateral and materials to shipping labels. Coordinate with warehouse staff and internal departments regarding inventory and order requirements. Enter receiving and fulfillment information into spreadsheets and internal systems. Assist with inventory control and material tracking activities. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Participate in team meetings regarding warehouse operations and process improvements. Support additional warehouse and fulfillment functions as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics support preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred. Experience handling inventory, receiving documentation, and fulfillment activities preferred. Basic computer and data-entry experience required. Experience with NAV or similar inventory management systems preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills. Basic problem-solving and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with warehouse systems and inventory tracking tools. Positive and professional attitude. Ability to handle tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds Ability to load and unload a truck (bending, reaching, lifting)
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
