Job Description:
David Rovinsky Fine Jewelry is looking for a Jewelry E-commerce Associate to join our team. If you're organized, customer-focused, and want to work inside one of the most dynamic corners of the fine jewelry world - keep reading. What you'll own: Building and managing product listings across eBay, 1stDibs, and Shopify Coordinating with internal teams to get product details, photos, and pricing right Handling customer questions, offers, and reviews across all channels Managing shipping, returns, and exceptions from start to finish What we're looking for: Strong written English communication (required) Solid Excel skills (required) Comfort with online marketplaces and listing tools (preferred) Someone who takes ownership and sweats the details What a role here means: A front-row seat in the rapidly changing world of diamonds and fine jewelry The chance to work with top companies and buyers Driven, experienced colleagues Real opportunities for growth - and responsibility as it's earned This is a full-time, in-person role in Philadelphia.
