Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Outbound Checker to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for verifying and documenting all outgoing shipments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems, and more listed below. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Duties and Responsibilities Order Verification:

Check and verify outgoing shipments against customer orders and packing lists.

Documentation:

Ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate.

Quality Control:

Inspect outgoing products for damage and accuracy.

Coordination:

Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.

Inventory Management:

Update inventory records and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor. What You Bring to the

Pak Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a cold storage setting.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

[required/preferred certifications - e.g., HACCP, BRC required. OSHA certification a plus. ] Requirements and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods.
