Job Overview As a Part-Time Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are carefully handled and meet our quality standards. This position is ideally suited for candidates seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity that offers meaningful experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Order Packing:
Accurately pack products according to order specifications and company guidelines.
Quality Control:
Inspect items for defects or damages before packing to ensure high-quality standards.
Product Assembly and Organization:
Sorting, chaining, and preparing product to be packed.
Inventory Management:
Assist with organizing and restocking inventory as needed.
Shipping Preparation:
Prepare shipping labels and documentation, and ensure packages are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment operations.
Workspace Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety procedures and protocols. Restocking product and supplies. Skills Attention to

Meticulous focus on accuracy and precision in packing and order fulfillment.
Physical Stamina:
Proven ability to lift and transport packages of varying weights, and maintain activity while standing for extended periods.
Time Management :
Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Communication Skills:
Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic and reliability with the ability to commit to scheduled shifts.
Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
What We Offer Flexible Scheduling:
Enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule. Weekly hours ranging from 20-25 per week. Schedules are made monthly, with 3-4 week lead times. During peak periods we may ask for scheduling to be set 2 months in advance.
Work Hours:
Our standard operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM — providing a structured schedule with room for flexibility.
Competitive Pay:
Earn between $18 - $20 per hour.
Experience:
Acquire valuable experience working with a women-founded and women-led company, gaining hands-on insight into logistics and fulfillment.
