Saturday Job Description :

Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards and customer requirements Verify and process shipping orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, product types, and destination addresses Create and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and carrier paperwork Schedule pick-ups and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, or delivery services to ensure on-time shipments Track shipments and resolve delivery or freight issues in collaboration with carriers and internal teams Maintain inventory accuracy by recording shipment details in the system (ERP/WMS/Shipping Software) Perform quality checks to ensure correct products and quantities are being shipped Assist with receiving, put-away, and other warehouse duties as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience in a logistics or distribution environment preferred Familiarity with shipping software and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS/ERP systems) Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability

Work Environment:
