Job Description
Role Overview We're looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized Sorter & Shipper to join our team. This role is critical for keeping our operations smooth and ensuring our collectors have the best experience possible. You'll be responsible for handling cards immediately after breaks, sorting them carefully by team/player, preparing shipments, and keeping workspaces neat and professional. Responsibilities Sort cards from live breaks by team, player, or product with precision. Sleeve and top-load cards with care, protecting condition at all times. Organize hits and inserts for easy identification. Package and ship orders daily using our shipping system (e.g., Whatnot, Shopify, or ShipStation). Keep the workspace clean, organized, and clutter-free . Maintain shipping supplies and inventory in an orderly manner. Assist with quality checks to ensure accuracy in every package. Occasionally help with other tasks (e.g., product organization, assisting breakers). Requirements Must have a passion in the collectibles/trading card industry Trustworthy and reliable — integrity is essential when handling cards. Clean and neat work habits — everything from sorting to packaging must stay organized. Strong attention to detail — accuracy is everything in sorting and shipping. Ability to handle sports cards carefully and efficiently. Basic computer skills (printing shipping labels, updating spreadsheets). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Interest in sports cards or collectibles is a plus, but not required.
