In-office only (no remote work) Position Summary We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support daily operations across customer service, shipping, and light production. This is a part-time, in-person role for someone who likes staying busy, working with a small team, and helping keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do Answer customer phone calls and assist with basic questions Respond to emails and occasional live chat Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently Assist with light production and product preparation Keep the workspace clean, organized, and functional Support the team wherever needed What We're Looking For Reliable and shows up consistently Comfortable communicating with customers (phone + email) Organized and detail-oriented Willing to learn and follow simple processes Able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day Works well independently and with a team Nice to Have (Not Required) Customer service experience Shipping or order fulfillment experience Basic computer skills (email, order systems, etc.) Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Standing and moving throughout the workspace Lifting and moving packages (typically up to 25-30 lbs) Performing repetitive tasks such as packing and labeling orders Working at a desk and using a computer for portions of the day Candidates must be able to perform these essential functions in a consistent and reliable manner.
