JOB DESCRIPTION

Josh.ai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Operations Associate to join our team in downtown Denver. This is an onsite position, and the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our shipping and operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Part time:

20-30 hours per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

Hourly Non-Exempt Pay :

$20/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and process shipments, including packing, labeling, and creating shipping documents. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks. Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Operate necessary equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if applicable and trained). Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and operational issues. Provide support to other operations team members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or operations preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software. Reliable and punctual attendance is a must.
