Our team is committed to accuracy, organization, and outstanding operational support. We are currently looking for a motivated Shipping Assistant to join our warehouse team. Position Overview As a Shipping Assistant, you will support outbound shipping operations by preparing orders, coordinating shipment documentation, and ensuring products leave the warehouse accurately and on schedule. You'll work closely with warehouse staff and shipping personnel to maintain smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Prepare customer orders and outbound shipments for dispatch. Verify shipment contents against packing lists and shipping documents. Print and apply shipping labels and package identification. Organize completed shipments in designated staging areas. Assist with scheduling outgoing deliveries and carrier pickups. Update shipping records using warehouse management software. Communicate shipment status with internal departments when needed. Help maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies. Keep packing stations and shipping areas clean and organized. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company operational standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer and data-entry abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
