Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB DISCRIPTION
The Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk supports digital textile printing operations by managing accurate receipt, storage, tracking, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and coordination with production, quality, and logistics teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Prepare and process outbound shipments of workorders and related materials
  • Verify quantities, packaging, and documentation prior to shipment
  • Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
  • Track shipments and resolve shipping issues or discrepancies
  • Receive and inspect inbound materials including greige goods, printed fabrics, inks, and supplies
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists
  • Report damaged or incorrect shipments to purchasing or management
  • Properly label, log, and store received materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Track yardage, lot numbers, and material locations within the facility
  • Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Support inventory accuracy for digital printing production schedules
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (manufacturing or textile environment preferred)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory system
  • Forklift or material handling certification
  • Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
