Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Office Assistant for a company in the Upstate South Carolina area! This is a full-time opportunity offering a combination of office administration, warehouse support, inventory management, and shipping/receiving responsibilities. Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process all incoming and outgoing shipments using the Priority database
  • Process customer purchase orders and prepare shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping portals
  • Prepare packaging, packing slips, and shipping labels accurately
  • Assist the Office Manager with purchase order and sales order processing
  • Receive inventory from vendors, properly label inventory, and enter items into the database system
  • Complete quarterly warehouse inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Track inventory levels and report low stock as needed while working directly with the corporate team
  • Schedule and prepare large toolbox shipments using the Old Dominion Freight portal
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
  • Assist the Vice President with Monday.com application reporting, service reports, and additional data entry tasks
  • Support general office, warehouse, and shipping operations as needed
  • Follow company procedures for inventory accuracy, shipping, and documentation Office Assistant -
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse and inventory experience required
  • Experience processing purchase orders, sales orders, and packing slips required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Experience with shipping portals such as UPS, FedEx, or freight systems preferred
  • Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
