Schedule:
1st Shift - 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

    • When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance, as well as 401(k), direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description Join a growing manufacturing team as a Shipping Clerk and play a vital role in ensuring products are accurately prepared, organized, and shipped to customers.
    This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced shipping and warehouse operation. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping or warehouse experience, tow motor experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.
    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse
    • Complete necessary shipping paperwork and enter information into computer systems
    • Verify all skids are packaged properly for current and future shipments
    • Communicate with carriers to coordinate order pickups
    • Prepare materials for shipment by shrink-wrapping, banding, and securing products to skids
    • Prepare export shipments using specialized export skids and wood materials
    • Transport and organize materials to support shipping operations
    • Load outbound trucks and ensure carriers receive the correct assigned orders
    • Assist in other departments and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Previous tow motor experience and ability to complete tow motor certification training
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
    • Effective problem-solving abilities
    • Professional communication skills with coworkers, departments, and vendors
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to read a tape measure and micrometer
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
    • Ability to stand for extended periods with bending and lifting throughout the shift
