Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented Shipping & Data Entry Associate to join our team. This is a precision role focused on small parcel shipping and order accuracy. It is not a forklift or heavy-equipment position. If you take pride in getting every order exactly right and working at a quick, steady pace, you will do well here. Your main job is making sure that what is in the bag matches what is on the order, every single time. Accuracy and attention to detail are the most important parts of this position. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship small parcels accurately and quickly Enter and verify order data in our shipping systems Confirm that the contents of each package match the order before it goes out Generate shipping labels and process outbound packages Keep your workspace organized and your shipping queue moving What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Speed and the ability to keep a steady pace throughout the day Comfort with computers and data entry A reliable team player who shows up and pulls their weight Previous experience with ShipStation, FedEx, and/or UPS shipping systems is a big plus Nice to Have Prior experience in a shipping, fulfillment, e-commerce, or order-processing role Familiarity with shipping software and tracking tools Why This Role This is a great fit for someone who is meticulous, organized, and enjoys the satisfaction of clearing a queue with zero errors.
