Warehouse Tech 1

Position Summary This role is responsible for shipping and maintaining accurate inventory counts for all equipment. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and requires cross-training in all aspects of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Print, pick, and ship all outbound orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including proper storage of all warehouse inventory Assist with maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensure records are consistently up to date Operate with a high-level of motivation, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization B uild strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to support successful service delivery Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and ensure all tasks are performed safely Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote teamwork and meet customer requirements. Key Competencies Highly Organized Customer Focus Excellent Communication Skills Team Player Ability to Solve Problems Drive for Excellence Education and/or Requirements High School Degree or GED 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment (preferred not required) Strong organizational skills Ability to operate forklift equipment Has the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of personal computers and data entry required and must be comfortable with multiple operating systems and software applications. Flexibility in adapting to changes in tasks prioritization. Demonstrated strong analytical communication (written & verbal) at all levels. Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize own workload. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills. Ability to build solid relationships with professionals at all levels within an organization.
