Job Description

Shift:
06:00 AM - 02:30 PM (Must be flexible for OT)
Overtime:
Late-notice mandatory OT possible (typically up to 2 hours; rarely up to 12-hour days).
Pay Rate:
• $19.00/hr (General Labor / Electric Pallet Jack) $20.00/hr (Reach Truck / Forklift -
Note:
Client will certify if needed) Role Summary We are looking for a reliable, "process-first" candidate for a Receiving team. This is not a "speed-at-all-costs" environment; the client prioritizes accuracy, coachability, and long-term consistency. The role is a blend of physical labor and system verification to ensure inventory integrity.
Key Responsibilities Physical Receiving:
Unloading, sorting, and staging incoming products.
Verification:
Checking physical materials against packing slips and closing out T-orders/Purchase Orders (POs).
Inventory Mindset:
Ensuring every item is accounted for correctly before it hits the racks. "If the inventory is wrong in the racks, we can't sell it."
Quality Control:
Supporting accuracy checks and following defined safety/standardized processes.
Candidate Requirements Reliability:
Perfect attendance is a must. High accountability for being on time.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend for the full shift.
Coachability:
Must be open to feedback and willing to perform tasks exactly as trained (no shortcuts).
Communication:
Ability to ask questions to confirm understanding and speak clearly about their process. Experience (Plus, but not required): Previous inventory experience, use of RF scanners, WMS, or basic Microsoft skills.
