Job Description

Skills and Qualifications:
Manage time effectively, meet personal and departmental goals, and work effectively with other members of the team Possess strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team atmosphere Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred Must have strong computer/data entry skills
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare shipping documents including but not limited to: Bill of Ladings Packing slips Customs paperwork Process invoices Verify accuracy of shipments Maintain close correspondence with sales staff Organize and maintain electronic shipping records Coordinate less-than-truckload (LTL) pickups Oversee and ensure compliance with 5S Safety Program Work closely with shipping employees on the manufacturing floor to ensure efficiency and quality; assist shipping employees as needed Develop a thorough knowledge of MP Husky products, services, and capabilities
