We pride ourselves on fast service, friendly faces, and making our customers' lives easier (and honestly… a little more fun too). We're looking for someone dependable, upbeat, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Position Overview As a Shipping Associate, you'll be the face of our store—helping customers ship packages, process transactions, and keep things running smoothly behind the counter. Responsibilities Assist customers with shipping via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Pack items safely and efficiently (yes, bubble wrap skills matter) Operate POS system for transactions Provide top-tier customer service (friendly, fast, and helpful) Help maintain a clean, organized workspace Support basic print production when needed Schedule Part-time Shifts Apprx 8:45am-1pm / 10am-3pm / 1pm-6pm Rotating Saturdays (8:45 AM
  • 1 PM) No requested time off in December (our busiest season) Qualifications Reliable transportation & strong punctuality Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Willingness to learn multiple systems (shipping + print) Must be able to stand for extended periods
Bonus:
